Very warm and welcoming
Excellent service! Ryan, the new manager really knows his stuff! Work done in a timely manner. Great bang for your buck!
I just took my truck in today for a lengthy list of repairs (old truck problems) and they did an awesome job! They ended up having to stay late to work on it because they ran into an unexpected problem and said they would stay as long as it takes! Nathan was super nice and easy to get along with. Overall it was a laid back atmosphere and they were all friendly and professional. Plus, they have an awesome elderly Australian Cattle Dog that hangs out there and her cuteness is sure to brighten your day!
Nathan and the team at the Everett AAMCO on Rucker have been more than kind to me over the past few months as I have dealt with personal and vehicle issues, and have provided quality, affordable service along the way. I initially brought my old truck in thinking she was dead, and I loved my old truck, so I was very worried. A new clutch, flywheel, pinwheel, cartwheel, and a few other parts I didn't understand and she was running like a champ. They also identified some substantial suspension work that needed done. I didn't have the money at the time to do the suspension work, so they gave me a very detailed estimate and told me to avoid the freeway until I could get the work done. They didn't push at any point, and their patience paid off. A few months later I had Nathan and the team do the suspension and some other work. It was a big job, and they did amazing work. Nathan communicated the costs and schedule very well, and even fixed my blinker a few weeks later for free because it was a quick job and I feel almost like a friend of the team when I walk into the shop. I have even introduced my dog Odin to the shop dog Frankie. I cannot thank them enough! Nathan, Chris, and I think.. John, the snarky tall one. He'll know who he is ha ha! Thank you all very much!
Bought my sons car in for diagnostics and was treated extremely well by the new owner. He showed us what was wrong and gave an estimate.
We will definitely recommend this location!!!
This Aamco is under new management - Tyson runs the shop now and he provides excellent service and quality of workmanship. I had a defective transmission that other shops had repeatedly failed to diagnose. Tyson spent the time to find the issue and worked tirelessly with my warranty company to resolve and repair the issue. He was able to negotiate a brand new transmission! If you are having transmission issues, you can trust the Aamco on Rucker Ave. in Everett.
Transmission went out in my Jeep Compass, my friends dad had us send it to AAMCO after looking at it and I couldn't be more pleased! They took care of the transmission plus extra work That needed to be done. They accommodated my late hours coming from downtown Seattle and offered to take care of my oil change!!! So happy to have these guys here at Aamco Everett!
I brought my Subaru in for an air conditioning re-charge. They did a great job. I was called and told about the schrader valve leaking and that it would need replaced. This was only a few dollars more. I was impressed that I was told before I picked up the car and that they didn't try to make a big deal about it and charge more money. The system works great and they did it for far less the a competitor down the block.
My F150 had to be towed in, AAMCO guys picked ut up promptly. Gave me the bad news and then went to work on it. Every step of the way they called me with an update of condition. It had all kinds of issues of which even rats chewing through wires was a problem they fixed. When it was all said and done, they charged even less than anticipated and I have a great transmission. Thanks guys! I will recommend you to all I know! Bob
Brought my daughter's 91 s-10 Blazer in for a tranny rebuild. Rob was great. He always took the time to answer my calls. I had a great experience with them over in Everett. They even called me when the found other things wrong while it was up on the lift. This allowed me to make a decision on whether to fix it now or wait. I bought the parts and they installed them... Car is running great... I feel safe putting my daughter behind the wheel. The only thing that could make this experience better was if it was free ! Just kidding Rob.... Thanks again....
Staff was honest and courteous, Let me know everything that was wrong with my vehicle. Prices were competitive with other shops in the area. Would I take my car back? Yes I would
Very pleased with the service, they updated me with what they were doing, very reasonable on the price, great job
I took my car in because one of the cylinders was going out. They worked with me to find a reasonable price option. Car is now running 1000 times better than before. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. Even better, they know how to work with companies like carshield who like to drag their feet.
Great mechanics, great service, great experience. Nate kept me proactively up to date with tour process of ordering and receiving the part. He was very good at explaining the process of how the engine itself worked and how to fix it. Overall quality of their work is excellent. All the people in the shop are wonderful to chat with. I cant recommend them enough!
I want to start this with that I do not have any personal connections with Moe or any other employees at AAMCO Everett, this is all from professional/first time customer stand point. I brought my 97 Ford Ranger in for a transmission fluid change due to it being overfilled from a previous shop along with a further diagnosis of my radiator due to loss of coolant and not passing a pressure test. Nate (the service writer) welcomed me as if I was a long standing customer and informed me they could look at my specific concerns and perform a Vehicle Courtesy Check at no extra cost. They were able to promptly fix the initial concerns I came in for along with diagnosing loose/damaged rear wheel bearings. I told them to go ahead and replace them since the initial cost was fairly priced, however when work started they quickly noticed that the bearings had not only failed but caused damage/extreme wear to the axles and housing (the bearings shift or seized and caused the axles to wear down and the housing had a large groove from the bearing). Moe and Nate immediately called me to inform me of the news and provided me with two options, replace the rear end (axle housing and all other components) or replace just the rear bearings but could not provide warranty due the previously discovered damages. During this call I asked if they could provide further detail of damages to better understand what they are seeing. Both Moe and Nate were able to, in detail, describe the damage and potential failures that would happen if they only replaced the bearings and why they did could not offer the warranty with that option. Within 05 business days they were able to complete all work on my vehicle and return it to me (also this was done during the thanksgiving holidays so getting parts is what took the longest). I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a no nonsense and no upcharge mechanic in Everett. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of labor and parts required for the work. Moe and Nate are great people and will answer your questions truthfully and honestly and advice you of what is best for your vehicle at the time of service.
