Very warm and welcoming
Excellent service! Ryan, the new manager really knows his stuff! Work done in a timely manner. Great bang for your buck!
I just took my truck in today for a lengthy list of repairs (old truck problems) and they did an awesome job! They ended up having to stay late to work on it because they ran into an unexpected problem and said they would stay as long as it takes! Nathan was super nice and easy to get along with. Overall it was a laid back atmosphere and they were all friendly and professional. Plus, they have an awesome elderly Australian Cattle Dog that hangs out there and her cuteness is sure to brighten your day!
Nathan and the team at the Everett AAMCO on Rucker have been more than kind to me over the past few months as I have dealt with personal and vehicle issues, and have provided quality, affordable service along the way. I initially brought my old truck in thinking she was dead, and I loved my old truck, so I was very worried. A new clutch, flywheel, pinwheel, cartwheel, and a few other parts I didn't understand and she was running like a champ. They also identified some substantial suspension work that needed done. I didn't have the money at the time to do the suspension work, so they gave me a very detailed estimate and told me to avoid the freeway until I could get the work done. They didn't push at any point, and their patience paid off. A few months later I had Nathan and the team do the suspension and some other work. It was a big job, and they did amazing work. Nathan communicated the costs and schedule very well, and even fixed my blinker a few weeks later for free because it was a quick job and I feel almost like a friend of the team when I walk into the shop. I have even introduced my dog Odin to the shop dog Frankie. I cannot thank them enough! Nathan, Chris, and I think.. John, the snarky tall one. He'll know who he is ha ha! Thank you all very much!
Bought my sons car in for diagnostics and was treated extremely well by the new owner. He showed us what was wrong and gave an estimate.
We will definitely recommend this location!!!
This Aamco is under new management - Tyson runs the shop now and he provides excellent service and quality of workmanship. I had a defective transmission that other shops had repeatedly failed to diagnose. Tyson spent the time to find the issue and worked tirelessly with my warranty company to resolve and repair the issue. He was able to negotiate a brand new transmission! If you are having transmission issues, you can trust the Aamco on Rucker Ave. in Everett.
Transmission went out in my Jeep Compass, my friends dad had us send it to AAMCO after looking at it and I couldn't be more pleased! They took care of the transmission plus extra work That needed to be done. They accommodated my late hours coming from downtown Seattle and offered to take care of my oil change!!! So happy to have these guys here at Aamco Everett!
I brought my Subaru in for an air conditioning re-charge. They did a great job. I was called and told about the schrader valve leaking and that it would need replaced. This was only a few dollars more. I was impressed that I was told before I picked up the car and that they didn't try to make a big deal about it and charge more money. The system works great and they did it for far less the a competitor down the block.
My F150 had to be towed in, AAMCO guys picked ut up promptly. Gave me the bad news and then went to work on it. Every step of the way they called me with an update of condition. It had all kinds of issues of which even rats chewing through wires was a problem they fixed. When it was all said and done, they charged even less than anticipated and I have a great transmission. Thanks guys! I will recommend you to all I know! Bob
Brought my daughter's 91 s-10 Blazer in for a tranny rebuild. Rob was great. He always took the time to answer my calls. I had a great experience with them over in Everett. They even called me when the found other things wrong while it was up on the lift. This allowed me to make a decision on whether to fix it now or wait. I bought the parts and they installed them... Car is running great... I feel safe putting my daughter behind the wheel. The only thing that could make this experience better was if it was free ! Just kidding Rob.... Thanks again....
Staff was honest and courteous, Let me know everything that was wrong with my vehicle. Prices were competitive with other shops in the area. Would I take my car back? Yes I would
Very pleased with the service, they updated me with what they were doing, very reasonable on the price, great job
Sept 11 owner called me (which says enough for itself) was really courteous and polite resolved my issue beyond satisfaction very satisfied thank you
Took my car in for diagnosis and owner was knowledgeable and friendly. Got me in and out with great info and direction for fixing it. Thank you!
Do not ignore that check engine light, even if your car seems to be running okay at the moment. I made that mistake and ended up with a much bigger bill because a simple sensor issue eventually clogged my catalytic converter. When I finally limped into AAMCO, they used their advanced computer diagnostics to find the root cause in minutes. They explained that while generic scanners give you a code, their specialized equipment tells them exactly which circuit is failing. They replaced the oxygen sensor and performed a full engine tune up to get my fuel to air ratio back to where it should be. The car is no longer hesitating at red lights, and Ive actually seen a 15% increase in my gas mileage since the repair. Take it from me, get the diagnostic done early and save yourself the headache later on.
Holy cow, I am very impressed with the level of integrity at this shop! I brought my manual sedan in because I was having a hard time shifting into third, and I was fully prepared to hear that I needed a brand new clutch or a new transmission. Instead, Nathan and his crew performed a detailed computer diagnostic and realized it was actually just a failing master cylinder that was causing the pressure drop. They fixed the cylinder, bled the lines, and performed a complimentary multipoint check to make sure nothing else was on the verge of breaking. I ended up paying about a fifth of what I expected to spend, and the car drives like it just came off the showroom floor. If you want a team that values honesty over a quick buck, this is the only place in Snohomish County you should trust.
